The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) has reached agreement in 2015 after five years of hard fought negotiations and it has huge implications both here and abroad.

Indonesia certainly realises the opportunities too and is moving to secure a spot.

The Indonesian President Joko Widodo, speaking after a meeting with U.S. President Barack Obama on Monday, said his country intends to join the TPP trade deal.

But it's clear that Indonesia realises the huge potential of a place at the TPP table.
